RECOMMENDED GUIDELINES TO BE ADHERED BY THOSE WHO DEAL WITH CAFCASS FOR THEIR OWN SAFETY.

CAFCASS is an entity empowered to exercise fair and nondiscriminatory treatment to all and therefore is expected to stand out with transparency at all times. Yet, the officials of CAFCASS act in contrary having no concern about the duties they are supposed to perform. The above fact is salient in my case and anybody who studies same gets a clear picture on how CAFCASS dealt in that regard by conforming to their own pre concluded wrong judgement abusing the power vested in them and absolutely going against basic human ethics.

To be more specific, the officials of CAFCASS went in to the extent of fabricating stories to go along with so called trigger points to impress the judge with a view to prejudicing me. They simply write reports on behalf of the party of their choice. In my case, they opted to support my wife, the opponent in my case for reasons not known to me.

I have evidences to prove that the so called officials whom CAFCASS entrusts to prepare important reports lack professionalism and do not conform to human ethics being partial to the party of their choice.

These officials are attached to the contact center and some of them are not fit to hold such positions as they do not dress and behave in decent manner. They lack basic PR and maltreat those who are directed to them by the court to get reports. These officials forget the fact that the people who come to them are also humans and deserve fair treatment.

Taking into consideration the above facts I have formulated the following guidelines for those who are supposed to deal with so called CAFCASS (unprofessional) officials, for their own future safety.

  1. Make sure to keep an audio or video record of each and every supervised or unsupervised contact sessions as an evidence.

  2. Ask for the credentials of the officials whom you are supposed to deal with relating to your case and satisfy they possess qualifications to conduct the sessions.

  3. Always keep an independent witness with you when dealing with the officials.

  4. Request the relevant official/s to send you the report/s relating to your sessions without delay.

  5. When you find that you are being discriminated or maltreated by any of the officials of CAFCASS, bring your matter to the notice of the higher authorities of CAFCASS in writing and get a duplicate copy signed by the relevant officials.
